This problem is commonly known as the digital divide.
Broadband is an integral infrastructure needed in our community. Lack of broadband access disproportionately affects low- and moderate-income communities. According to the FCC’s 2019 Broadband Development Report, 21.3 million Americans lack access to fixed broadband at speeds of at least 25 Mbps for downloads and 3 Mbps for uploads
